What to expect when you call or send a request.
Call (818) 443-9300. Someone picks up during working hours Monday to Saturday, and if we are on a job we call back the same day. If you would rather write it down, the quote form takes a minute and lands with us straight away.
No. We come out, walk the property with you, and leave you a written number with no obligation. If the price does not work, that is a completely fine answer and nobody will chase you afterward.
Usually within a few days for a walkthrough, depending on where you are and how busy the schedule is. Spring and early autumn are the busiest stretches, so if you are planning work for those months it is worth calling earlier than you think you need to.
Nothing formal. It helps if you have a rough budget in mind and some sense of how you want to use the space, even if that is only "somewhere the kids can play" or "we want the front to stop looking dead". Photos of yards you like are genuinely useful.
The San Fernando Valley and out into the Santa Clarita, Simi, and Conejo valleys. Ten cities have their own page, including Woodland Hills, West Hills, Canoga Park, and Calabasas. The full list is on the locations page.
Yes. Daniels Landscaping is a licensed California contractor, LIC #1138709, and carries liability insurance on every job. You can look that license up before you call, and it is worth doing that with any contractor you are considering. Our guide on how to check a landscaping contractor in California walks through exactly how, including the deposit limit the law sets.
No, and that is deliberate. We are a service area business, so the crew works out of vehicles and goes to you rather than paying for a storefront you would have no reason to visit. The walkthrough happens at your property, which is where the decisions actually get made.
Still worth calling. Plenty of what we do is a single parkway strip, a side yard, a lighting system, or a patch of turf where a lawn gave up. There is no minimum project size that rules you out.
